Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle or passenger van to transport clients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, or other destinations in compliance with all traffic laws and state transportation regulations Adhere to scheduled routes and timeframes, ensuring punctuality and reliability for clients' appointments Communicate effectively with clients to confirm pick-up and drop-off details, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each trip Maintain your vehicle's cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability Use GPS navigation systems to efficiently plan routes, avoid delays, and adapt to changing traffic conditions Assist clients with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility aids when necessary, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for their needs Complete trip logs, incident reports, and client documentation accurately and promptly for record-keeping purposes What You'll Need Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record (5-year MVR) Your own vehicle, 2020 or newer, able to pass a basic vehicle inspection We will provide an auto/liability insurance that will cover any incidents during the work hours Ability to pass a national background check Current CPR/First Aid certification Pass drug screen Smartphone for dispatch and navigation Patience and comfort working with elderly and medically vulnerable patients Pay $20 per completed one-way trip (covers pickup through the first 10 miles), plus $1.50/mile beyond that, and a $15 wait/no-show fee if a scheduled patient cancels or doesn't show after you've arrived.
