Company vehicle, health benefits, and growth opportunities About the Role Vester Pest Control is looking for a motivated Termite Sales Representative & WDO Inspector to help grow our termite division throughout San Diego County. This role is ideal for someone who can perform termite inspections, build relationships, generate new leads, and close sales. You will work closely with real estate agents, homeowners, property managers, and referral partners. Responsibilities Generate new leads through real estate office visits, broker caravans, open houses, networking events, and referrals Perform termite/WDO inspections on leads you generate Build strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and homeowners Identify termite activity, wood damage, and treatment or repair needs Present service options and close termite-related sales Follow up with agents, customers, and open opportunities Coordinate with the operations team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed smoothly Represent Vester professionally in the field Compensation & Benefits Commission-based pay with a $54,000 minimum annual earnings opportunity Company vehicle provided Health benefits provided Strong upside for motivated salespeople Support from an established local pest control company Qualifications Branch 3 / WDO inspection experience or license required Sales experience preferred Termite, pest control, construction, real estate, or home services experience preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable networking and prospecting Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated and professional Apply Please apply with your resume and a brief note about your sales, termite, pest control, real estate, or home services experience.
