The Role:

What You'll Do As a Field Technician, you are the face of EcoGuard. You'll manage a route in the Orange County area, performing:

Comprehensive Inspections:

Identifying pest activity and structural vulnerabilities.

Precision Treatments:

Executing general pest control, termite treatments, and rodent exclusion (sealing entry points/preventative measures) with high attention to detail.

Customer Education:

Acting as a consultant for our clients, explaining treatments and providing peace-of-mind.

Regulatory Excellence:

Maintaining strict adherence to state regulations and company safety protocols. Schedule & Availability We are currently hiring for the following shifts. Please indicate your preference during the application process:

Shift A:

Monday

•Friday, 8:00 AM

•4:30

PM Shift B:

Monday

•Friday, 11:00 AM

•7:30

PM Requirement:

All team members are required to work one Saturday per month .

What We're Looking For Licensing:

Must hold a valid Branch II (General Pest) or Applicator license (Required).

Experience:

Proven background in general pest, termite, and rodent exclusion work (Preferred).

Physical Agility:

Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawl spaces) and performing physical labor in various weather conditions.

Clean Record:

Valid driver's license and a clean DMV record.

Soft Skills:
