What Success Looks Like In this role, your daily focus is on providing peace of mind to our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Drive your company-provided vehicle to scheduled residential and commercial properties. Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity, entry points, and nesting areas. Formulate and execute safe, effective treatment plans tailored to each property's needs. Explain your findings and treatment recommendations to customers in plain, easy-to-understand terms. Accurately document services and chemical applications using our standard reporting systems. Over time, success means building trusting, long-term relationships with customers, maintaining an excellent safety record, and serving as a knowledgeable, reliable resource for our close-knit team.
