Procraft Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and professional Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Upland, CA. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage:

$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

40-50 hours per week (Bi-weekly pay schedule)

Core Duties & Responsibilities Route Management:

Efficiently manage a daily service route. There will be an average of 10-12 stops a day.

Inspections & Treatment:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues, formulate appropriate treatment plans, and safely apply chemical agents adhering strictly to environmental guidelines.

Daily Operations:

Prepare the service truck and inventory the night before. Depart from home by 7:45 AM daily, maintaining an average service duration of 30 minutes per stop.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate and maintain service equipment, hand tools, power tools, and specialized rigs 1-2 times per month.

Compliance & Record-Keeping:

Maintain detailed, accurate logs of chemical usage, work orders, and pesticide application according to regulatory standards.

Customer Relations:

Provide clear communication and excellent customer service. Educate clients on integrated pest management techniques and preventive strategies.

Fleet Care:

Operate company vehicles responsibly, maintain a clean driving record, and wash the assigned truck weekly to project a professional appearance.

Business Growth:

Notify the service manager upon reaching the final daily route stop. While door-knocking and canvassing are entirely optional and do not impact base wage increases, a generous commission structure is available for proactive sales.

Position Requirements Background Check:

A clean criminal record is strictly mandatory. Background checks are performed, as a clean record is required for state licensing.

Driving Record:

Must possess and maintain a valid, clean driving record.

Licensing:

Professional pest control licensing is preferred but not required; paid training is provided for the right candidate.
