Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your skills in pest control, sales, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and integrated pest management techniques. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and the importance of regular maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and customer interactions. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during pest control operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to scheduled appointments. Skills Proficient in pest control techniques and knowledge of common pests. Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate treatment options to clients. Experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, or farm machinery is a plus. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely in various environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
