We are a rapidly growing pest control company in the greater Denver area, and we are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team of Pest Control Technicians.
Position Overview:
This is a Flex Tech position where you will be assisting the VP of Field Operations with anything field-related that he needs. Additionally, you will provide support to field route techs, perform initial services, re-services, and other related tasks. Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicle to customer locations Meet with customers to explain services and assess pest control needs utilizing IPM Inspect customer premises to identify pest problems and apply appropriate products Complete necessary invoicing upon service completion Advise customers on the services provided Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment Achieve assigned service performance objectives Grow assigned territory by up-selling current customers and adding new accounts Assist the VP of Field Operations with field-related tasks Support field route techs, perform initial services, re-services, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in the field Current driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record Pass drug screening and background check We are looking for individuals who excel at building relationships, pay attention to detail, and enjoy working outdoors.
