Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus optional sales commission About Us Greg's Aggressive Pest Solutions is an established, growing pest-control company serving homeowners throughout Broward County. We are looking for a reliable and personable part-time technician who wants to grow with the company. This position will begin at approximately one day per week, but additional days and responsibilities may become available quickly as our customer base grows. The Role The primary responsibility will be completing scheduled exterior pest-control treatments at residential properties. You will follow established service routes, apply treatments safely and thoroughly, communicate with customers when necessary, and document completed services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in doing quality work, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities Apply exterior pest-control treatments to residential properties Follow scheduled service routes efficiently and reliably Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Keep equipment and treatment materials organized Follow all company procedures and product-label requirements Assist with additional pest-control services as training and experience grow Sales Opportunities Selling is not required for this position. However, technicians who are comfortable identifying customer needs and recommending additional services may earn commission on approved sales. Qualifications Pest control experience is not required Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong attention to detail Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Able to safely carry equipment and perform physically active work Pest-control experience is preferred but not required A truck is considered an asset but is not required Training will be provided. Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, pool service, landscaping, home services, route-based work, or customer service would be beneficial but is not required.
