Ridd Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to service the Destin, FL and surrounding area's. Experience preferred, but not required. Paid training provided. Duties:

• Perform pest control treatments and Sentricon installations at Residential properties as well as Commercial properties throughout the Hampton Roads area.
• Inspect premises for signs of pests and determine the appropriate treatment method
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines
• Identify and eliminate pest breeding grounds and entry points
• The ability to problem solve and upsell needed services to new and existing customers.
• Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest infestations
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used along with managing and taking care of the Company issued vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pest control with a current certification license is NOT required but recommended
• Knowledge of farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
