Duties Assist with the inspection of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and pest infestations Learn proper application of pest control chemicals and pesticides following safety protocols Operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely during treatment procedures Support the preparation and setup of treatment areas, including confined spaces and outdoor environments Follow all safety procedures related to ladder use, confined space entry, respiratory protection, and chemical handling Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and safety compliance Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about pest issues and treatment plans Skills Basic knowledge of pest control principles and pesticide management practices Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery Familiarity with ladder safety procedures and confined space entry safety protocols Understanding of chemical agent handling, pesticide application knowledge, and respiratory protection measures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and follow safety protocols at all times This position is an excellent stepping stone for individuals passionate about pest control, or outdoor work.
