Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for students with communication challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students speech and language development Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to create effective learning environments Provide direct therapy to students and monitor their progress Complete required documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports, accurately and timely Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success Educate and support families regarding students language development needs
