We focus on industry trends through the model of IPM. MD Weaver is a growing team of professionals who are excited to expand. Would you like to join us? Location We are looking for field staff who live in the Northshore. Burlington and Woburn Our MA office is located in Natick. Pay Starting pay with no prior pest experience: $23-24+/ hr Starting pay with prior pest experience: $24-26+/hr Sales commission: Earn sales commission in addition to your salary.

Holiday bonus and company-wide monthly Progress Share program. More info Special attention is given to applicants dedicated to the industry. Factors that determine pay rate include: Past pest control experience Wildlife and pest exclusion experience State licensing and certification Sales experience Education and industry credentials Pre-Employment Drug Testing is Required.
