Licensed Pest Control Manager Location:

Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, experienced Pest Control Manager to oversee our pest control operations in the Charlotte, NC market and play an important role in the continued growth and development of our pest control division company-wide. The ideal candidate will be licensed in P and W phases and have a strong combination of technical pest control knowledge, field experience, leadership ability, and a desire to help build and improve a growing operation. This is a hands-on management position . The Pest Control Manager will work in the field performing pest control and termite services while also managing technicians, maintaining service quality, assisting with training and development, and communicating regularly with senior management. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day pest control operations in the Charlotte market. Perform daily field services as needed, including: Structural pest control Termite inspections and treatments Preventative and corrective pest treatments Other residential and commercial pest control services Train and develop technicians on proper treatment methods, customer service expectations, safety procedures, and company standards. Monitor technician performance and service quality to ensure work is completed thoroughly and efficiently. Ensure pest control operations remain compliant with applicable North Carolina regulations, licensing requirements, product labels, and company policies. Maintain accurate service, treatment, and regulatory documentation. Communicate regularly with senior management regarding Charlotte operations, technician performance, customer concerns, staffing needs, and opportunities for improvement. Help develop procedures, service standards, training programs, and operational processes for the company's pest control division. Work with senior management to identify opportunities to grow and strengthen pest control services across all company markets. Qualifications Current North Carolina pest control licensing in P and W phases required. Strong knowledge of structural pest control, termite services, IPM practices, treatment methods, and pest identification. Previous pest control field experience required. Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot pest problems and make sound treatment recommendations. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and senior management. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with pest and termite services. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
