Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Sensor Repair Technician to troubleshoot, test, repair, and inspect sensors and aircraft components in an aerospace repair environment. This role is a good fit for someone with hands-on experience diagnosing electrical, electronic, mechanical, or sensor-related problems and making repairs. Experience in aviation is a plus, but we will also consider candidates from automotive repair, industrial equipment, electronics, instrumentation, manufacturing, maintenance, or similar technical fields. The right person should enjoy troubleshooting problems, using test equipment, working with small components, and following detailed repair procedures.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose sensors and aircraft components to identify failures or repair needs Perform testing before, during, and after repairs to verify component performance Repair, replace, clean, adjust, and reassemble components according to approved procedures Use hand tools, precision tools, test equipment, fixtures, and shop equipment Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and repair procedures Inspect components for damage, wear, contamination, or other issues Document test results, repairs, and work performed accurately Identify unusual problems and communicate findings to the appropriate team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company quality procedures and FAA Part 145 requirements Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, testing, repairing, or diagnosing mechanical, electrical, electronic, or sensor-related equipment Strong mechanical or technical understanding and ability to figure out how components work Comfortable using hand tools, precision tools, and testing equipment Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical procedures Strong attention to detail and patience when working with small or sensitive components Ability to identify problems, determine possible causes, and work through solutions Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
