The Job You'll focus on termite and bed bug services with the opportunity to learn all sides of pest control. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes problem-solving, working independently, and learning a skilled trade. No experience needed — paid training provided. Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses with no cap on earning potential. What You'll Do Inspect and treat for termites and bed bugs Learn additional pest control services over time Drive a company vehicle to customer locations Complete service reports on a phone electronically Talk with customers and explain what you're doing Keep your truck and equipment clean and ready What You Need Good attitude and willingness to learn Strong customer service skills Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoors Reliable, organized, and on time Clean driving record and able to pass a background check
