Employee should be able to read and write, understand and follow written and verbal instructions, schedules, SDS sheets, labels, and documented job functions, and must have strong communication skills. Must maintain current driver's license and abide by all traffic laws and regulations. Must meet Partner Industrial Driver License Requirement. Service Technician Level I (179) must have a minimum of one year experience in Pest Management and perform at a competent level and have a test score of at least 70 on classification test. Service Technician Level 2 (079) must have advanced knowledge in Pest Control Management by completing an approved course(s) in pest control technology. Must have a minimum of two years experience in Pest Management and perform at an advanced level. May be required to work over time as needed.
