Pest Control Technician Lewis Pest Control is a locally owned company proudly serving Central Virginia with professional pest control, termite, and wildlife removal services. Pay $18.00-$21.00 per hour Responsibilities As a Pest Control Technician, you will: Complete your daily service schedule using our pest control software. Inspect residential and commercial properties for pests and termites. Identify pest activity and safely apply treatments. Recommend solutions to help customers prevent future pest and termite problems. Perform occasional wildlife removal services. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Look for opportunities to recommend additional services (commission paid on sales and qualified leads). Provide friendly, professional customer service during every visit. Participate in ongoing paid training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform physical work both indoors and outdoors. No experience required—we will train the right candidate!
