TREE SERVICE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Established local tree service is seeking experienced Supervisors / Foreman to help manage our crews and oversee day-to-day field operations. We are looking for a dependable, organized leaders who understands professional tree care and can keep crews working safely, efficiently, and productively.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage tree crews throughout the workday Coordinate daily jobs, crews, equipment, and job-site logistics Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate job expectations and responsibilities clearly with crew members Oversee tree removals, pruning, cleanup, and general tree-care operations Identify job-site hazards and ensure proper safety procedures are followed Help train, develop, and hold crew members accountable Communicate with management regarding scheduling, job progress, equipment needs, and field issues Maintain professional communication with customers when necessary Help ensure trucks, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and ready for work

Qualifications:

Previous tree service / arboriculture experience required Previous experience supervising or managing crews required Strong knowledge of tree removal, pruning, rigging, job-site safety, and general tree-care operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple crews, jobs, and priorities Dependable, punctual, and able to make good decisions in the field Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred ISA Certified Arborist credential and/or CDL is a plus

What We're Looking For:

This position is best suited for someone who has significant hands-on tree-service experience but is also capable of taking responsibility for the bigger picture. We need someone who can lead employees, solve problems, maintain production standards, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a leadership position , not simply a crew-member position. The right candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of jobs, directing employees, communicating with management, and maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

Compensation:

Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

Pay:

$35.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
