Yes (NC, VA, SC & GA) Job Summary Four Oaks Grading & Septic LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Storm Water Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining and inspecting stormwater management assets for commercial and municipal clients throughout North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling, operating equipment, and taking pride in maintaining properties to a high standard, we'd like to hear from you. Primary Responsibilities Mow and maintain stormwater ponds, BMPs, and other stormwater assets. Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment safely. Perform vegetation management, weed eating, brush removal, and general site cleanup. Conduct routine stormwater inspections and document findings using mobile devices. Identify erosion, drainage issues, sediment buildup, damaged structures, and maintenance needs. Complete inspection reports accurately and submit photos of completed work. Travel to job sites throughout NC, VA, SC, and GA, including occasional overnight stays. Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment. Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies. Represent Four Oaks Grading & Septic professionally while on customer properties. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain drug-free. Ability to travel throughout North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia. Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred. Experience with stormwater maintenance or inspections is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
