Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a tree service working/ground team member and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing urban and natural landscapes! In this role, you will perform essential tree care operations, including pruning, trimming, removal, and planting, to promote healthy growth and safety. Duties Dragging and loading brush and debris. Assisting with tree, bush, and shrub trimming and pruning. Performing basic landscaping tasks. Assisting with roping and rigging trees during removals to safely dismantle large trees. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Working both independently and as part of a small crew. Use rigging techniques to safely dismantle large or hazardous trees, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding areas. Follow strict safety protocols during all operations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with hands-on experience operating chainsaws, pole saws, and rigging equipment. Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and planting techniques. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols, follow directions, and be reliable/punctual. Valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
