Job Description
Tree Crew Foreman $30-$36/hour NWI Tree Service & Landscaping | New Richmond, WI Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Typically Monday-Thursday Know how to run a tree crew? We want to give you the tools to run a great one. We're looking for an experienced Tree Crew Foreman who can lead a 3-person crew, plan jobs efficiently, maintain high safety standards, and still jump in when needed. This isn't a clipboard position. We want someone who understands tree work and knows the difference between working efficiently and rushing a crew . What You'll Do Lead a 3-person tree crew Review jobs and develop an efficient plan before work begins Keep production moving throughout the day Oversee removals, pruning, rigging, and technical tree work Climb and/or bring strong technical tree knowledge Safely operate and oversee tree-care equipment Train and develop crew members Communicate professionally with customers Maintain safety, quality, and jobsite standards What We're Looking For Significant professional tree-care experience Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong understanding of tree removal, pruning, and rigging Ability to lead without standing around watching everyone else work Safety-minded and production-focused Valid driver's license CDL and ISA certification strongly preferred Why NWI? Typically Monday-Thursday. Four-day production schedule with Fridays used as needed. Small crews. Lead a focused 3-person crew instead of trying to manage an oversized team. Equipment to get the job done. Grapple trucks, lifts, tracked equipment, chippers, stump equipment, professional rigging gear, and subcontracted cranes for large removals. Real responsibility. We want foremen who can make good decisions and take ownership of their crew and jobs. Opportunity to grow. As the company and tree division grow, we want strong foremen who can grow with it.
