This position focuses on appliance repair. Candidates with mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience, or a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The ideal person is reliable, customer-friendly, and comfortable working with tools while learning the appliance repair trade. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves Perform appliance inspections and basic troubleshooting Install replacement parts and test appliances after repairs Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations Maintain accurate service notes and paperwork Keep company vehicle, tools, and work area organized Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities Qualifications Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred Experience using basic hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and move appliances when necessary Benefits Competitive pay
