Milpitas, CA Swim Instructor Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of age Proficiency in at least 3 out of 4 competitive strokes: Must be able to demonstrate correct technique for Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke (Butterfly is a plus).

Endurance Benchmark:

Must be able to swim 100 yards continuously without stopping

Water Comfort:
