Role:

The Unarmed Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, and staff. This position focuses on maintaining a professional presence, monitoring site activity, delivering exceptional customer service, and utilizing strong communication and de-escalation skills to resolve issues safely and effectively. Unarmed Security Officers support multiple divisions of the company including Retail, Operations, and Special Events.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide for the safety and security of assigned client locations Maintain a visible and professional security presence Patrol assigned areas and observe for suspicious or unusual activity Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies Assist in conflict resolution using verbal de-escalation techniques Complete detailed incident and activity reports Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining professionalism Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment As a

Candidate, You Must Have:

Valid California Guard Card High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior security and/or military experience preferred but not required Experience in retail security or customer service environments is a plus
