As we continue to grow, we are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Residential HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our team. As a Residential HVAC Installer Apprentice, you will be responsible for: Support the installation of complete residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats) Assist in planning, layout, and setup of installation jobs Perform light brazing, wiring, and start-up under supervision Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturer specs Help troubleshoot issues during and after install Keep job sites clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant Communicate clearly with foremen, team members, and clients when required To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Working knowledge of tools, materials, and HVAC system components Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders Dependable, safety-minded, and self-motivated Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass a background check and drug screening

Working Conditions:

The job's function is a warehouse and field based position. Position is a full time position with a seasonal demand of potentially extended hours.
