AR Analyst

Description We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join a healthcare-focused financial operations team in Milwaukie, Oregon. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for a technically skilled accounting specialist who is comfortable managing high-volume credit and AR activity, producing accurate reporting, and investigating complex payment issues in a fast-moving environment. The role combines hands-on reconciliation work with process improvement efforts and close communication with a large customer base. Success in this position requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and distribute a high volume of daily reports (80+ per day) with accuracy and timeliness + Manage high-volume communication with customers (phone and email), supporting up to 900 accounts + Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive process improvements through automation + Support accounts receivable operations, beginning with debit accounts and progressing to more complex portfolios + Perform daily and weekly reconciliations, including report matching and credit processing + Execute daily processing activities while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements + Proven experience with full-cycle accounting processes + Hands-on experience in accounts receivable analysis and/or credit analysis + Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems, databases, and tools + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and reporting) + Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, take corrective action, and communicate effectively + Reliable with consistent attendance and a strong sense of accountability + Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
