The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction management phase of mixed use architectural projects. Duties Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop project designs from concept through completion. Create detailed drawings and schematics using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD. Utilize 3D modeling tools including SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and Grasshopper 3D to visualize designs. Conduct drafting tasks and prepare construction documents that adhere to industry standards. Review project specifications and ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes. Assist in the coordination of project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout the design process. Engage in graphic design tasks to enhance presentations and project proposals. Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback for revisions. Support the construction phase by providing technical guidance and resolving any design-related issues. Experience Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, MicroStation, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and Rhinoceros 3D is highly desirable. Strong background in drafting and schematic development for various types of architectural projects. Experience in construction documentation and understanding of building systems is essential. Familiarity with interior design principles or mechanical design concepts is a plus. A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred along with relevant work experience in an architectural firm or similar environment.
