Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Architect with approximately 2-3 years of professional experience who is interested in working on high-end residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative project team and will have the opportunity to participate in multiple phases of projects, including design development, construction documentation, detailing, coordination, and construction administration. Candidates should have strong drafting and documentation skills, a good understanding of architectural materials and construction methods, and a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility as their experience develops. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of high-end residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD Architecture.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other project documentation under the direction of senior project team members.
• Assist with design development, material selections, detailing, and coordination of architectural elements.
• Participate in project coordination with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and other members of the project team.
• Assist with zoning and building code research and coordination.
• Participate in site visits, field measurements, and construction administration activities.
• Assist with reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and other construction documents.
• Help maintain project schedules, drawing sets, and other project information.
• Work collaboratively as part of a larger project team while taking ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Represent the firm professionally in interactions with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. What We're Looking For
• Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
• Professional architectural degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working on high-end residential and/or commercial projects ; experience with both is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture .
• Revit experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of architectural materials, construction methods, and detailing.
• Strong graphic, drafting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Creative, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a design-oriented architecture practice.
• NY State architectural licensure is not required; candidates pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• This is a full-time, in-office position; part-time or freelance candidates will not be considered.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
