Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure etc. Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned. Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team. Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes. Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues. Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.

Requirements:

Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution under BOA Singapore Minimum 8 years post graduate experience Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup Interested and suitable candidate kindly click quick apply.
