Our practice spans a wide range of project types including educational, cultural, commercial, and residential and is equally distributed between new construction and design in historic contexts. Job Description Develop design and construction documents Delegate tasks to a team Construction administration Provide technical guidance about materials and specifications Coordinate with interdisciplinary consultants and manage deadline submissions Work independently as well as collaboratively Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture. Extensive experience in Hospitality projects

REQUIRED

. Must have at least 2 completed hotel projects in your portfolio, otherwise application will not be considered. Experience with renovations within existing buildings preferred but not required. Experience in collaboration with Interior Design firms . 5-8 years of professional experience in US Architecture firms Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD Strong organizational and time management skills English proficiency required, both spoken and written Legal US work status required
