Architect / Engineer (Contract or In-House) — Custom Homes, ADUs & Remodels AP Remodeling | Los Angeles, CA AP Remodeling is a boutique design-build company specializing in custom home builds, home remodels, and ADUs across Los Angeles. We're looking for a skilled Architect / Engineer to partner with us on drafting and engineering full sets of plans for our projects.

This role is flexible:

we're open to someone who works exclusively with our team, or an independent contractor who also serves other clients, as long as you can deliver in a quick turnaround time and make our projects a top priority. What you'll do: Produce full, permit-ready plan sets for ADUs, remodels, and ground-up custom home builds Create architectural renderings and drawings Provide the engineering for those drawings Take projects from concept through permit-ready documentation Collaborate closely with our design-build team to bring projects to life What we're looking for: A certified/licensed engineer with experience in architectural drawings and renderings Able to handle both the rendering and the engineering side of plan sets Well-versed in Los Angeles building codes and the permitting process Fast, reliable turnaround with strong communication throughout Able to prioritize our projects and hit deadlines consistently Based in or familiar with the West Los Angeles / Greater Los Angeles area Why work with us: A steady pipeline of quality, design-forward projects A collaborative team that values good design and craftsmanship Flexibility to work with us in the capacity that fits you best — in-house or as an ongoing contract partner To apply: Send your resume and portfolio to info@apremodelinginc.com.
