Job Description

Your impact We are expanding our Architecture Team as we have upcoming major infrastructure projects in Singapore. This role is ideal for an Architecture individual who has interest in doing review of building codes and regulatory standards in Singapore. This role will work closely with Lead Architects/QP in preparation, documentation and coordination of project deliverables in Water (primary) and Healthcare projects (when required); and interacts regularly with inter/intra-departments, clients, multi-disciplinary consultants.
Key responsibilities:
Working with Lead Architects/Architect QPs in coordination of internal and external meetings, setting up appointments/meeting invitations etc. Prepares notes, minutes of meetings and coordinates with internal project teams (local & overseas) and external project teams (clients, multi-disciplinary consultants/sub-consultants, suppliers etc.). Manages and keeps records of incoming & outgoing project correspondences. Ensures timely distribution of information / submissions / comments on project documents received from clients and external parties to respective project teams. Preparation of drawings (CAD, BIM etc.), project reports, presentation materials, printings of drawings/documents/reports for issuance etc. Assists Lead Architect/Architect QP in compliance review of drawings prior to submission. Preparation and submission of technical drawings for authorities, clients, consultants/sub-consultants etc. Maintains records of drawings, project reports, technical documents, correspondences and issuance of deliverables and documentations in accordance with project requirements. Preparation and issuance of reply for queries, RFI, RFA, submission of materials' board etc. from internal (project teams) to external parties (clients, multi-disciplinary consultants etc.) Maintains projects' documentation and file management system, working closely and independently with Lead Architect(s)/QPs including the administering and upkeeping of projects' internal and external Electronic Document & File Management Systems. Ensures all documents submitted to clients/external parties are in accordance with and aligned with project's procedures. Working with Lead Architect/Project Manager in regular internal reporting and external reporting (for clients), internal and external quality audits. Here's what you'll need To be a successful candidate, you shall possess: Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore to be eligible to be registered as an Architect in Singapore in the future. Registration as QP would be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect/Architectural Associate in Singapore. Experience in Healthcare or Utility/Industrial projects would be an added advantage. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.Skills in drafting/modelling:
AutoCAD, BIM
(Revit, Bentley etc.) Proficiency in Bentley Aecosim or OpenBuildings Designer would be a plus.Presentation skills:
SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop. 3D rendering skills in Sketchup, Enscape would be an added advantage. Skills inDocumentation and File Management:
Project SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc. Good interpersonal skills with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams.Please note:
