With a focus on commercial corporate office, medical office and government projects and we have earned our clients trust by becoming an extension of their team. We are a collaborative and close-knit group that values our company culture and employees. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for handling Architecture projects at KARDENT. As a Job Captain you will be responsible for meeting with clients, executing design solutions, preparing project documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing projects. As a Job Captain you will also collaborate with our internal design team and developing design details. Salary & Benefits Contribution towards full Healthcare benefits ($500/ per month) 401K match contribution (up to 3% of salary amount) Annual Performance Bonuses Coffee, Snacks and Drinks provided Office Lunch every Monday 1/2 Day Fridays- Work from Home Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture 10+ years experience in commercial office / medical / healthcare office improvements Knowledge of Building & Fire codes and Accessibility Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients Surveying existing buildings and tenant spaces Experience in developing Construction Documents and Details Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines City Plan Check processing experience, DSA submittal experience a plus!
