Job Description

A Manhattan based and award-winning firm with a focus on multi-family residential design, sustainable urban revitalization, civic and educational projects is seeking a Project Architects with 5-9 years of experience to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager of project workflows, documentation and submittals. Support Project Manager with construction administration responsibilities. Coordinate with a variety of consultants during all phases. Manage multiple projects at different levels of progress. Maintain schedules, lead on-site construction meetings, prepare reports and update project managers during all design phases of a project.
Skills and experience:
Professional degree in Architecture. A minimum of 5 years of experience including design coordination, construction documents, consultant coordination and construction administration. Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. Architecture License preferred (or working towards getting it) Strong proficiency in Revit Knowledge of NYC zoning and codes is required.
