Position:

Senior Project Architect We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Project Architect to lead projects from early concept through construction administration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, refined design ability, and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams. You will collaborate closely with the Principal, Project Managers, Job Captains, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality, well-crafted architecture. What You'll Do Lead design and project delivery from schematic design through construction administration Mentor and guide junior staff with redlines, detailing, and technical instruction Conduct programming, feasibility studies, and space planning Perform building code and zoning analysis to ensure compliance Produce high-quality construction documents with a high degree of technical detail Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants Integrate engineering systems and specifications into architectural drawings Manage entitlement and permitting processes; respond to city and agency comments Review shop drawings and prepare pricing requests during construction Prepare drawings and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts Conduct site visits and attend client/consultant meetings Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to office standards Identify and mitigate project risks related to timelines and quality Participate in internal project reviews, firm-wide activities, and occasional marketing efforts Qualifications Required Licensed Architect + Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture 8+ years of experience leading architectural projects Strong proficiency in Revit, Auto

CAD, BIM360
