Job Summary seeking skid steer, tractor, mini excavator, and asphalt mill equipment operators. full time position with overtime, some weekends. pay varies depending on experience, subject to review after 90 day probation period. Responsibilities maintain and safely operate equipment. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment on busy construction sites. Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material quantities to support accurate paving and concrete placement. Collaborate with team members to execute paving projects efficiently while adhering to project specifications and safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, dump trucks, and paving machinery. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of construction site procedures within civil infrastructure projects. Prior construction site experience emphasizing safety protocol adherence and heavy equipment operation.
