Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician for an immediate start in Tampa, FL!
NO INTERVIEW NEEDED, TEMP-TO-PERM OPPORTUNITY, FULL-TIME HOURS!
PAY:
$25.00/hourHOURS:
8 hour workdays; approximately 40 hours/weekSCHEDULE
Monday-Friday; 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Flexible schedule required; some overnight and weekend work may be required.)START DATE

Temp-to-Perm Field Maintenance Technician Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a dependable Field Maintenance Technician to join a growing team performing line striping, asphalt maintenance, and pothole repair on commercial projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is an outdoor position requiring someone who is comfortable performing physical labor in varying weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling, as occasional overnight and weekend work may be required. Qualifications forField Maintenance Technician:
Previous experience with asphalt maintenance, line striping, pothole repair, or related construction/labor work preferred. Ability to safely use hand tools, equipment, and required PPE. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to perform job duties requiring standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, and other physical activities throughout the workday. Position requires the use of standard PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, high-visibility vest, and gloves. Additional Requirements forField Maintenance Technician:
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to the office/job site. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight and weekend shifts. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER!
