Backyard Bounty is an award-winning landscape design/build/maintain firm that specializes in ecological design, native plants, habitat creation, stormwater management, and specialty stonework. We currently have multiple openings for passionate candidates to join our fast-growing team.

Position:

Landscape trainee

Full-time:

40-50 hours/week

• 4-week probationary period prior to permanent employment
• Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as weather dictates
• Start time varies 6-7am depending on season and sunlight
• Finish times fluctuate daily but usually 3:30-4:30 pm
• Full work documentation required
• Prior experience in landscaping, masonry, construction a plus but not required
• Starting pay rate is $23/hour plus overtime
• No work January-February each year
• Permanent employees receive 3 weeks paid vacation each year

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
