Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, hard-working Landscape Employee to join our team. This isn't just a job where you zone out; we need someone who can think on their feet, lead by example, and bring a wealth of planting and machinery knowledge to the job site.
What You'll Be Doing:
Executing daily landscaping operations including planting, sodding, mulching, and hardscaping. Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Assisting with crew coordination and demonstrating on-site leadership to keep projects moving smoothly. Identifying local flora and ensuring correct planting techniques are used for optimal growth. Job Requirements (The Must-Haves):
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs consistently) and extensive digging in various weather conditions.
Valid Driver's License:
Clean driving record required to operate company vehicles.
Adaptability:
A proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing job site needs, and solve problems on the fly.
Attitude:
A reliable, positive, and solution-oriented attitude. You bring good energy to the crew. Preferred Traits (The Nice-to-Haves):
Experience:
2+ years of professional landscaping experience.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish fluency is a major plus!
Green Thumb:
Strong knowledge of local area flora, soil types, and proper planting techniques.
Machine Savvy:
Hands-on knowledge/experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, excavators, trenchers, etc.).
Leadership Potential:
The ability to step up, direct a crew when needed, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
