Duties Operate asphalt paver and paving equipment Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on paving machinery, including screeds, conveyors, and augers, to keep equipment running efficiently and safely Assist with the setup of construction sites by preparing subgrades, installing rebar, and ensuring proper alignment for paving operations Collaborate with crew members to manage material delivery, including bituminous materials and concrete, ensuring proper mixing and application Follow safety regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines diligently during all phases of paving and heavy equipment operation Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material quantities, and leveling tasks to ensure accurate paving results Support concrete finishing tasks such as concrete pumping, forming, and curing when required on mixed-material projects Requirements Paver operator or equivalent heavy equipment operator experience 5 years work history References Valid Drivers License, CDL preferred Apply today!
