Position Overview The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of boiler systems, heating equipment, and hydronic systems, and will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and inspecting commercial boiler units and related mechanical equipment at client facilities throughout the Los Angeles area. Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial boilers and associated equipment (pumps, valves, piping, burners, controls, etc.)
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and execute corrective actions efficiently
  • Conduct routine inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance on boiler systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, building, and plumbing codes and regulations (including OSHA and city codes)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and facility personnel to ensure expectations and schedules are met
  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with commercial boiler systems
  • Strong working knowledge of domestic hot water systems and hydronic boiler systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with L.A. building codes, permits, and inspection processes
  • Strong understanding of combustion, pressure systems, and control systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$34.00 - $42.00
