Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute masonry projects according to specifications Construct and install structures using bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials with precision and attention to detail Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and sealing surfaces for durability and aesthetic appeal Install rebar reinforcement and build concrete forms to support structural integrity during construction processes Execute plastering, stucco application, and caulking to enhance building exteriors and interiors while adhering to safety protocols Build masonry scaffolds and work at heights safely while maintaining stability during construction activities Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing building materials in accordance with safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in masonry work including bricklaying, stone masonry, concrete masonry, and related construction activities Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematic plans Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, mortar work, tile laying, roofing, and renovation projects Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for masonry tasks Ability to interpret blueprint specifications accurately and follow detailed instructions on construction plans Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites including scaffold building and working at heights Construction site experience with a focus on building material installation, restoration projects, and structural repairs Join us in creating durable structures that stand the test of time!
