Job Description

Skilled Laborer / Carpenter - Construction & Demo Peak is seeking a skilled laborer with a strong carpentry background to support an upcoming commercial construction and renovation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with carpentry, demolition, wall tile, and general construction , along with the ability to confidently use hand and power tools. This is a great opportunity for an experienced carpenter or skilled laborer looking for additional project-based work. Peak has a high volume of projects in the area , so strong performers may have opportunities for additional work after this project.

Commercial Construction / Demo / Installation Responsibilities Perform general carpentry and skilled labor tasks Assist with demolition and removal of existing materials Assist with wall tile demolition and installation Measure, cut, and install materials as directed Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with framing, finish carpentry, and other construction tasks as needed Support the site lead with daily project activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all job-site safety requirements Qualifications Carpentry experience strongly preferred Previous commercial construction or remodeling experience Experience with demolition and tear-out work Knowledge of wall tile installation or removal Comfortable using common hand and power tools Able to read basic measurements and work from project instructions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Able to perform physical labor and lift/carry materials throughout an 8-hour shift Must be comfortable working overnight shifts beginning at 11:00 PM Why Work With Peak?
