Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and reliable Finish Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently. While finish carpentry is the primary focus, you will also be expected to assist with other constructions tasks and demolition as needed to keep projects moving. Responsibilities Perform finish carpentry for residential remodeling projects. Install and modify trim, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, and other finish materials Complete punch-list and detail work to a high standard. Assist other construction tasks and demolition as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and the construction team. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. Pick up and transport materials, tools, and equipment if needed. Follow all safety requirements and properly use PPE and tools. Submit daily reports and pictures on all job site operations (training provided). Qualifications 3+ years minimum carpentry and construction experience. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install finish materials. Cabinetry installation or modification experience strongly preferred. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments. This is a part time position that could quickly move into a full time position if desired.
