We are looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter and Drywall Technician with real, proven construction experience. This is not a position for someone who has only worked around their own home. We need a highly capable, reliable, and self driven worker who can complete interior reconstruction from start to finish. What You Must Have Your own full set of tools needed for carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, and reconstruction Reliable transportation you provide . A truck is preferred At least 10 years of recent hands on construction or restoration experience Ability to work independently and produce high quality work Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach with customers Clean background with no DUIs Required Skills Hanging and finishing drywall Hanging doors Siding repairs or installation Trim, baseboards, and finish carpentry Framing Cabinet installs Painting and texture Light flooring repairs Window and door installation Countertops, tub surrounds, tile work Deck repairs or builds General interior carpentry and reconstruction Job Responsibilities Complete all phases of rough and finish carpentry Perform drywall patches, taping, and all texture types Install cabinets, countertops, flooring, tub surrounds, tile, windows, and doors Maintain a clean and organized worksite Follow project schedules and complete work on time Communicate clearly with project leadership Attend daily huddles for updates and timelines Mentor and support other team members when needed Complete work orders and documentation accurately Provide professional customer service throughout each job Qualifications 10 plus years hands on carpentry and drywall finishing Ability to patch, skim, tape, spray or hand apply textures Ability to install baseboard, hang doors/jambs, (Home remodeling) Strong customer service and professionalism Full time. Year round work.
