We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead crews across a variety of industrial construction projects.     Lead crews and play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction projects. What You'll Do
    • Review and interpret drawings and specifications.
    • Plan, order, and manage materials and equipment.
    • Lead crews and potentially manage multiple job sites.
    • Coordinate third-party services such as testing and deliveries.
    • Manage labor hours to align with budgets and schedules.
    • Enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Submit daily reports and crew time documentation.
    • Support QA/QC documentation processes.
    • Train and mentor craft personnel. Safety Responsibilities
    • Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure adherence to ICM safety programs.
    • Conduct daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and implement hazard controls.
    • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
    • Perform jobsite audits and safety meetings.
    • Identify and correct unsafe behaviors and conditions.
    • Report and investigate incidents within 24 hours. What You'll Bring
    • 7+ years' experience (5 in concrete) with a minimum of 2 years' experience leading teams.
    • Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in industrial or commercial construction.
    • Qualified in excavation with a minimum of OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred).
    • Ability to operate a forklift/telehandler, skid steer and mini-ex with a degree of proficiency.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
    • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
    • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
