Overview Euro Homes is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter / Punch-Out Carpenter to join our custom home and remodeling team in the Delaware and Maryland beach area. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finishing work, ensuring that every detail aligns with the project specifications and client expectations. Your expertise will help transform construction plans into beautifully finished spaces, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can be given a punch list or construction issue, determine what needs to be done, and complete the work correctly. Duties Interior and exterior finish carpentry Trim, casing, baseboard, and miscellaneous millwork Interior and exterior door installation and adjustments Cabinet and hardware installation and adjustments Detailed punch-list work Troubleshooting and correcting construction and finish issues Decking and exterior trim/carpentry Preparing projects for inspections and homeowner walkthroughs Protecting completed finishes while working Maintaining clean and professional jobsites Coordinating with project management and subcontractors when necessary Handling miscellaneous carpentry and construction work required to keep projects moving What We're Looking For Strong residential carpentry experience Strong finish carpentry and punch-out skills Good overall understanding of residential construction Ability to read plans and construction details Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable working in completed and occupied homes Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project locations Own basic hand tools Experience with custom homes and higher-end remodeling is strongly preferred.
