Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bathroom Remodeling Carpenter and bring innovative, high-quality renovations to life! In this role, you will be the key craftsman responsible for transforming bathrooms into functional, beautiful spaces. Your expertise in residential carpentry, tile laying, fixture installation, and remodeling will ensure each project exceeds client expectations. Duties Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute bathroom remodels. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, fixtures, and trim using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Perform demolition work including plastering, rebar installation, and water damage restoration as needed. Install tiles, stucco finishes, siding, and other surface materials with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Handle heavy lifting of materials such as wood construction materials and fixtures safely and efficiently. Apply caulking, mold remediation techniques, and perform restoration tasks to ensure a clean, finished look. Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials requirements while adhering to safety standards like power tool safety protocols. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry and remodeling projects. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate implementation of design plans. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other construction equipment. Knowledge of tile laying, door hanging, siding installation, plastering, stucco application, and fixture installation. Familiarity with the restoration industry including mold remediation and water damage restoration processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail on construction site projects. Previous experience in the remodeling or handyman industry is highly desirable; certification in construction estimating or related fields is a plus.
