Applicants must have a minimum of 2+ YEARS of consistent, verifiable carpentry/construction experience. We are looking for experienced tradesmen who understand construction, can think independently in the field, problem-solve, and take pride in producing quality work. Our projects include custom decks, docks, pergolas, covered outdoor structures, outdoor living spaces, stairs, railings, composite decking, and other custom carpentry and construction.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must: Have a minimum of 2+ years of verifiable carpentry/construction experience Be proficient in general carpentry through multiple phases of construction, from structural framing through finish work Have experience with decks, docks, outdoor structures, and general framing Understand proper layout, measurements, elevations, leveling, squaring, cutting, fastening, blocking, connections, and construction sequencing Have experience working with pressure-treated lumber, composite decking, and other decking materials Understand picture framing, breaker boards, fascia, stairs, railings, and finish details Be able to read and understand construction plans, drawings, and basic specifications when provided Experience with exotic/hardwood decking materials and specialty carpentry is a plus
CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE & COMMON SENSE ARE REQUIRED

We need carpenters who can be given basic measurements, dimensions, a general layout, and an idea of what needs to be built and understand how to properly lay out, frame, and construct the project from scratch. CANNOT BE DEPENDENT ON DETAILED DRAWINGS OR STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO PERFORM YOUR JOB.

We are looking for experienced carpenters who can
THINK, PROBLEM-SOLVE, MEASURE, LAY OUT, FRAME, AND BUILD
— not someone who needs to be taught each step of the process.
