None Required The Opportunity You will step into a vital leadership role driving field carpentry operations on high-quality commercial projects throughout Southwest Florida. You will showcase your hands-on craftsmanship while guiding a lean, collaborative team that respects your skills and values autonomy. This position is your chance to lead by example, mentor rising talents, and directly influence project success. How You Will Make an Impact Perform skilled, hands-on framing, structural installation, and finishing work on commercial jobsites. Direct and organize daily tasks for your field crew to ensure maximum safety and productivity. Translate project plans, drawings, and specifications into clear, step-by-step instructions for the team. Provide on-the-job mentorship and training to apprentice carpenters to build their structural skills. Monitor daily installation quality to proactively correct issues before they impact project schedules. Coordinate directly with Superintendents regarding material requests, timelines, and on-site logistics. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry or general construction experience. Proven capability to direct, coordinate, and lead a field carpentry crew. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural and structural plans. Possession of reliable transportation to commute to designated regional projects. Total comfort working outdoors in diverse, active commercial jobsite conditions. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bilingual verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
